The nicest people. Polite, thorough, an excellent installation at a condo we just purchased in O C. The Trane System we had was 40 years old, and still working. But the extreme cold was taxing it past it's limits. Protech did a priority install, as a favor!!! Such a great install, in less than 6 hours. A special note to Mrs Wendy, the Office Mgr. One of the sweetest and Smart people to deal with in the industry. And the the Owner. Smart, Honest, Reliable, and a nice Man!!! These are the people to install your next system Folks!!!

I have an additional comment to my original 5 review. To insure future customers that ProTech is the Company to do business with. Along with their excellent installation and politiness.... plus the wonderful way they treat you, I drove back home and talked to an old friend in the HVAC business. When I told him about the great customer service, the Equipment that was installed, and the price the Owner charged me... My friend said, "That is all he charged you in Ocean City?" "HE treated you well" And Protech , based on the E Shore, did just that, at a time when we really needed a little extra help!!! God has a way of sending it to you. Don't smoke see anyone else. This company, are the crew you want!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a place in Ocean City. Something we always wanted. Heatpump was 40 years old. Needed a quick replacement. Protech installed it 2 days after Christmas. The whole system.. Smart people, Polite, and nice. An excellent installation, and they it explained it's operation to me. A remote thermostat, on your phone App. And they installed that for me too, and explained it. And don't leave out Mrs Wendy, the Office Mgr. The smart, sweetest person you would ever want to talk too. Organized, super nice.. And last, the Owner. Another nicer,down ro earth person. Explained my options. Gave a good price. Knows his job well. A good person Also. These are the people you to install your next system.

The technician, C. Hastings, provided top notch service. He patiently listened to all of my many questions and took his time to answer each one. Mr. Hastings reviewed each of my options with me to allow me to make an informed decision about what I could do to resolve my air conditioning situation. Mr. Hastings was very professional and efficient. I will definitely use Pro Teach HVAC again for any future needs.

Contacted for a 2nd estimate using the exact same HVAC system as first estimate. PROTECH pricing saved me over $1,000, with was completed in 1 day. Staff was polite & knowledgeable I highly recommend them.

Protech is reliable, they do great work, and they charge very fair prices. I've used them more times than I can count for routine preventative maintence at various properties (my residential home and my investment rentals), and I've used them for larger installation projects as well. They once handled an emergency replacement of a hot water heater that started leaking at a rental property while I was at an out of town conference. They were a life safer, completing the entire replacement project before I got back (I don't know what I would have down without them in that situation).
